VOLUNTEER

Volunteer registration is now open!

It’s the 2nd Annual Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler!

Join the Launch Crew!

It takes over 300 dedicated Launch Crew volunteers to ensure the Space Force T-Minus 10 Miler event takes off without a hitch! Our Launch Crew volunteers make this possible by giving their time with pre-race set-up, endless support during race weekend, and with post-race clean-up. There are opportunities for individuals and groups to help with shirt and packet pick-up, distributing water cups on race day, gear check, supporting the start and finish lines, and so much more!

All volunteer’s will receive a complimentary Launch Crew or Mission Crew t-shirt.

Frequently Asked Questions

Just like a rocket launch needs a launch crew, our volunteers are the backbone of the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler. Without our 100+ volunteers we would not be able to support our runners. Volunteers also motivate our runners along the way as they achieve a HUGE accomplishment!
Of course! We welcome help from all community members that are interested in supporting the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler whether military or civilian.
Individual volunteers must be 16 years or older. Volunteers under the age of 16 must volunteer with a parent, guardian, or trusted adult.
Volunteer shift times vary for each opportunity but most require a commitment of 4 hours or less. We have shifts for both early-risers and for night owls.
All volunteers will receive a complimentary Launch Crew T-shirt to wear during their volunteer shift. Most volunteer opportunities will occur outside during race weekend and it is recommended to dress in layers with comfortable shoes. Our event will go on rain or shine so make sure you are prepared for changing weather conditions.
